Recruitment Resourcing Specialist
Role Overview
Air Energi is currently in the process of building an internal talent bank of contactors to assist our specialist campaigns team on a home based contract basis with their ongoing Oil and Gas resourcing requirements.
As part of the Air Energi Recruitment Team you will be responsible for providing professional recruitment sourcing activities for our clients campaigns, ensuring the highest calibre of candidates are professionally sourced and selected in line with the companies recruitment policies and aims.
As a Resourcing Specialist you will deliver the client’s ever changing requirements for varying projects within the Oil and Gas industry as part of an expanding global team for a 3 month contracted period.
Main activities
• The ability to be hands on in a resourcing/recruitment capacity for key specialist roles within the Oil and Gas Industry;
• Strong understanding of specialist recruiting;
• Adaptability the to working styles of the business
• A strong understanding if local industry trends and the ability to flag these should they impact future success and attraction of candidates from within your region;
• Fluent in written and spoken English
Knowledge, skills and experience
• Experience of recruiting in an overseas marketplace;
• Experience in volume qualification of candidates;
• Experience in volume sourcing and experience in attracting candidates through a variety of mediums;
• Understanding of recruitment best practice.
• Ideally you will have experience in working remotely/from home as these roles are home based
• Self Management
