Minimum Requirements:
7 years - Experience in leading business process reengineering, strategic planning, performance management, and change management initiatives for the modern business era.
7 years - Experience with managing and supervising subordinates providing change management and organization effectiveness services.
7 years - Experience with process mapping and business process management tools.
Strong - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong - Exceptional ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Strong - Strong facilitation skills.
Strong - Ability to engage client executives.
Preferences:
5 years - Knowledge of Six Sigma a plus.
5 years - Experience in converting forms (paper, MS Word, pdf, etc.) to e-Forms
3 years - Experience in Adobe LiveCycle
