ERISA Attorney Responsibilities: Play a leading role in providing legal advice to the group pertaining to ERISA products. Provide legal advice pertaining to the development and review of product offerings to ERISA plans and IRAs including proprietary products, mutual funds and group annuity products. Also advise on wrap fee programs, prototype programs and collective investment trust programs. Requirements: A J.D. degree and knowledge of defined contribution plans ands the delivery of bundled services, group annuity programs and Title 1 of ERISA. An attorney with 6+ years ERISA experience. Prior experience in a large financial institutions is a plus.
