General Counsel - Business Development The candidate will be accountable for ensuring the provision of a full range of legal services to protect the regular and special interests of the business. Advise executive management on legal matters in business and product development activities. Play a key role in the direction and outcomes of all, or several business development functions of the online organization. Draft contracts for development, production and licensing, brand integration agreements, marketing/promotional agreements and the like. Create new forms and update existing forms to reflect current practices and policies. Negotiate and close complex deals, often at top management levels, that affect major aspects of company business performance. Work closely with marketing and business development and provide regular input to corporate strategies and operating plans. The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. 3+ years of successfully practicing law experience in an online environment or handling IP or litigation needed. 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: entertainment law, corporate law, intellectual property, or litigation essential.For further information, please visit us online at http://www.lawcrossing.com
