Must have high-speed internet connection at home, preferably with PLDT DSL Xperience plan (999/month – up to 1 mbps) or with lower PLDT plan but willing to upgrade but those with Bayantel or Globelines stable connection can also apply.
A very reliable desktop or laptop computer, at least 80 GB hard disk and 512 MB memory and a working headset, preferably with noise canceling function

Male/Female; 23 to 40 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Education/ Teaching/ Training and equivalent.
1-2 years teaching experience in On-line ESL is a plus
Must have excellent American English Accent
Must be patient, flexible and dynamic in teaching diverse background
