Job Description
The Windows Network Support Analyst will be working closely as part of an integrated team assisting our customers. Duties include performing high-level support to customers.

Responsibilities
|
Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
· Experience with Help Desk support
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong general skills with be familiar with Windows NT, 2000, 2003 server administration
· Experience with IIS, Active Directory and at least one SQL-based DBMS server
· Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, HTTP(S) and HTML
· Strong technical aptitude with an ability to learn quickly on the job
· Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent |
