We are looking for a System Analyst 2(2899) for the state of Texas, Austin.

Requirements

Candidates should posses the following minimum knowledge and skills:

Minimum Requirements:

·5Years-Demonstrated experience using Windows XP/Microsoft Office/Explorer.

·2Years-Demonstrated experience using Oracle SQL and Oracle utilities

·2Years-Experience with software builds in any capacity

·2Years-Knowledge of the capabilities of the TIERS application, database, portals and U.I. (User Interface).

·strong-Communication, analytical (with qualitative and quantitative content), organizational and interpersonal skills

·4Years-Bachelor's degree in computer science from a four-year college or technical school preferred

·Demonstrated -Experience working with minimal direction and accomplish assignments despite competing demands.

·3Years-Oracle SQL and Oracle utilities experience complemented by PL/SQL
Developer/TOAD/SQL Developer experience; some UNIX preferred

·3Years-Tiers experience or IE Tiers experience

·2Years-Technical software testing experience -- Tiers preferred
