Leadership Training
Fighting poverty is up to everybody! The main target is to improve the living conditions of all people in the development countries.
HUMANA People to People is an international network of 30 national NGO’s and their subsidiary social welfare companies working in the sector of development aid. Altogether they run more than 150 development projects in Africa and Asia, e.g. teacher’s training schools, vocational training centers, children’s aid projects and sensitization projects in the battle against HIV/AIDS.
We, as the German partner look forward to recruit Junior executive managers, whatever background or formal education to help expand the organization in Germany, Europe and world wide.
The program offers vocational training on entrepreneurship and social competences –
for future leadership in development aid and in social welfare companies.
The program lasts 24 months:
• 6 months preparation and work in Berlin
• 6 months work in one of our partner organizations in Africa
• 12 months work in Europe

Responsibilities
|
| The work in Africa is multifaceted. You can work with street children, with HIV/AIDS, with communities, in the field of environmental protection, sanitation, health or be part on trainings for future teachers. Humana People to People Deutschland e.V. will train you for the project and will go along with you during the time in Africa. |

| You are between 18 and 65 years old, open-minded and interested in working in development aid? Then you can help to promote sustainable development and join the 2-years Leadership Training program from HUMANA People to People. |
