Requirements for Administration of Sales:
• Provides secretarial, administrative and logistical support to the sales business unit
• Prepares delivery receipts, sales invoices and periodic reports
• Stock inventory and controls, and delivery management
• Importation shipment clearance coordination
• Currently holding a supervisory / managerial position
• Combined five years experience in administration and sales work
• Above average skill in written and oral communication with top executives
• Excellent coordination and follow-through, as well as telephone-handling skills
• Highly proficient in report writing, correspondence, recording and filing company documents
• A self-starter and a leader
• Experience in both the logistics industry or in luxury brands, products and services is an advantage
• Previous experience in the contact center industry is also an advantage
