Director of Product Management
Responsibilities: - Work closely with the company vice president group Retiree to grow the Group Retiree Business for PFFS by developing a PFFS company group retiree strategy and marketing plan. - Competitive assessment of the national PFFS business, size, growth and trends and for the retiree business specifically, identifies competitive positioning and tactics. - Competitive reporting on pricing, benefits and new business acquisition. - Development of a training and education plan needs assessment and implementation, including training materials and presentations to sales force and consultants. - Leading the strategic direction of marketing communication programs and materials working with communications and sales and web portal contents. - Create strategy for consultant and key account industry leadership by creating material for presentations on health care trends, government relations, and leading industry developments. - Leverage UNH resources on unique positioning. - Create a marketing plan identifying business opportunities for PFFS across company.
