Seeking CDL A Truck Drivers for short-regional routes in the Canton, MI area!
This global leader in outsourced transportation is currently adding experienced company drivers to its dedicated dry-van fleet at its Canton, MI terminal. With distribution terminals nationwide and a fleet of nearly 1200 trucks this rapidly growing carrier offers the security of a larger company along with the family values of a smaller company.
Drivers make deliveries to retail department stores. Drivers are typically out 1 ½ to 2 weeks depending on route. Drivers will have a mix of "no-touch" loads and loads that require their assistance in unloading. Routes cover the Midwest including MI, IN, OH and IL. All miles are paid. Drivers average 2400-2900 miles per week. Drivers are assigned newer model premium sleepers and all equipment is in excellent condition.
Compensation
$0.31 per mile
$.075 per mile of pay rate paid as a non-taxable expense reimbursement
