Key Factors in the Best Candidates Will Be: Experience in HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Macromedia Flash MX , PHP, ASP, and XML are all a plus; Must have intermediate creative design skills; Photoshop; Illustrator; Knowledge of JavaScript and browser compatibility issues; Dreamweaver; Requires strong navigation and site design instincts; Able to successfully manage all aspects of a project from start to finish; Strong attention to detail; HTML Editing (without WYSIWYG editors); Knowledge of GIF Animation, JavaScript, and CSS; Ability to understand/edit PHP; Must be able to design/edit with website functionality in mind;
A working knowledge of advanced CSS techniques and compliant XHTML; Strong web design skills and demonstrated proficiency in Photoshop; Flash/Actionscripting; Experience in designing paysites, banners, marketing materials, and hosted galleries; Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a challenging position; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work on multiple projects is essential. |
Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Proven track record on design and implementation of medium-sized and large CMS projects
Expert on Joomla customization and configuration (including forums, web stores etc. plug ins)
Knowledgable in HTML, CSS, XML, Javascript, Photoshop, Fireworks
Proficient in layout and graphic design.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati/Mandaluyong.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
