Qualifications

| At least 4 years in General HR management with specialization in Recruitment, preferably within the call center industry; Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Lotus Notes); Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Excellent presentation skills and ability to relate to levels of staff; Result-oriented, hard-working, independent, problem-solving, assertive behaviors a plus; High energy to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing priorities environment; Demonstrates ability to work under pressure and deadlines with minimum supervision |
