Qualifications
|
| Must have background in Current Accounts, Imp/Exp, Credit, Financial Control, etc.; With Exposure to I.T. cost structure and budget control; Experienced in handling inventory of IT related equipment; Knowledgeable of PC, typing, languages, etc.; Accounting and budget allocation; Proficient in using Windows, and other MS Office Applications; Communication skills required; Maintains and manages the I.T. Library of Technical References, DIB, documentation, correspondences; Assists I.T. Management in budget cost allocations through the following: Prepares request for purchase orders and request for payments, Allocates charges to respective cost centers and IE Items, Create reports for Inventory and cost allocation such as Globe Handy phone Summary, E-cognos and AOP etc., Monitors IT expenditures to support reportorial requirements for Half Year Report, Annual Technical Plan and Annual Operation Report, Coordinate with Financial Control and provide the latter with necessary cost allocation reports, Ensure that all IT purchases are within budget or with proper approval/business case, Liaises with suppliers on quotations, invoices and orders and prepares internal request for purchase orders, Performs administrative task such as Maintenance and control of office supplies, Training enrollment and travel arrangement, To comply with IT controls and the need to be able to demonstrate compliance with the controls, To maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators, To implement the Group Compliance Policy |
