Call Center Based: OPS Desk Analyst

Qualifications
At least of 1-year experience in any of the following: Customer Service, Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) and Call Center; Has basic knowledge in Call Center Management Fundamentals and Scheduling/Forecasting Concepts and Models; Experience in a Windows NT environment as well as various software applications including MS Office Suite; Intermediate to advanced skill level in MS Excel, Word and Power point; Intermediate to advance skill level in MS Access or any programming softwares; Must have at least a basic knowledge in scheduling tools like ewfm, blue pumpkin, IEX, and the likes; Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; Must demonstrate high analytical skills and keen sense to details
