Sales and Marketing Manager
The Sales and Marketing Manager is accountable for the management of coordinating and
producing proposals, presentations and other marketing materials that are completed within the established schedule and budget.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and a self-motivated
team player. This position requires excellent writing and communication skills for a variety of technical and non-technical audiences, effective and efficient problem-solving skills, in-depth understanding of the proposal preparation process, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across all levels of management.

Responsibilities
|
Responsible for the planning, preparation and completion of a yearly comprehensive marketing plan. Reports directly to the Head of Corporate Sales. This person must be able to effectively deal with a variety of personality types and to drive teams to produce high-quality deliverables. This position requires the ability to create and communicate effective outlines and schedules and to complete work on-time under tight deadlines. Must be comfortable working in high-energy, deadline-driven environment with consecutive, high-profile and highly-strategic projects.
The successful candidate will gather information on potential clients and projects and
scheduling meetings with new, existing or past clients to uncover opportunities. In
addition, this position will develop and maintain a strong business network as reliable
source of information, solicit involvement of other firm members in client meetings, and assist in preparing qualifications packages. |
Requirements
|
- 2-5 years experience developing proposals and presentations
- Excellent command of English grammar, spelling and composition
- Superior oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be highly proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- IT background is a plus
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and work
with deadlines |
