VICE PRESIDENT - TECHNICAL
Job Summary:
Head and supervises technical department of a real estate development company.
- Assists the EVP/COO in the over-all supervision of the day-to-day activities of the Technical department.
- Monitors on-going construction status of all projects.
- Initials new standard to be used by the department and coordinates with other department heads.
- Assign project managers and project engineers for the specific project and work assignment.
- Handles major/special projects.
- Performs additional task as may be assigned by EVP/COO
- Conducts field inspection of on-going projects
- Coordinates directly with the project contractor, project managers and designing architechs on the following: "status of the project, update percentage of the accomplishment/progress report, technical details, change order (if any), budget requirements, time schedule and construction problem.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5-10 years experience as Head of Technical in a Real Estate company.
2. BS in Civil Engineering or Architechture with valid professional license.
Skills:
1. Must be able to interact, coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
2. Proficient in oral and written communications; Computer literate
3. Knowledgeable in Computer Aided Design and Drafting (AutoCADD)
