Responsibilities
|
• Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the operations of seven Don Henrico’s company-owned Restaurants and three franchise stores including the development and growth of sales and profits.
• Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the operations of twelve Chef d’ Angelo’s company-owned Restaurants in Metro Manila including the development and growth of sales and profits.
• Coordinates and develops sales plans and strategies with the company marketing department.
• Implements and monitors effectiveness of company programs.
• Builds units top line sales and maximizes P&L controllables.
• Delivers consistent profitability while ensuring delivery of quality product and service.
• Meets and negotiates with prospect Don Henrico’s and Chef d’ Angelo’s franchisee’s applicants.
• Assists in sites selections and evaluations.
• Conducts weekly meetings with the department heads and review all areas of performance to identify ways to improve operations.
• Attends and participates in all monthly business reviews with restaurant branch managers.
• Maintains open communication with all department heads and employees to ensure effective and profitable operations.
• Institutes and monitors repair and maintenance program for all equipment.
• Conducts salary and performance review for all management.
• Responsible in planning and creating restaurant’s menu.
• Prepares and reviews Don Henrico’s And Chef d’ Angelo’s Restaurant Operations Manual. |
