Maintenance Supervisor
|
Ensures the effective and smooth operation of the section on it’s day-to-day activities.
|
Responsibilities
|
•Ensures that all Job Orders (JOs) are attended promptly and efficiently with dispatch;
•Ensures that all tenants and guests receives the maximum satisfaction by attending to their requests and needs with speed and accuracy;
•Prepares and submits updated report on the progress and status of on-going projects;
•Provides/formulates development plans for future projects and submits the same with estimated costing of materials to be needed;
•Keeps a complete record of all project accomplishments thru the use of logbook;
•Coordinates with other sections regarding inter-department’s requests and requirements;
•Checks that physical inventory is being undertaken by the section clerk;
•Monitors and measure the work performance, attendance and behavior of subordinates to be used for the Performance Appraisal and/or recommendation purposes;
•Schedules overtime and approves leave applications, undertime and change day-offs of subordinates. |
Requirements

| BS Civil Engineering graduate; Male; 25-30 years old; 1-2 years work experience in the same position; analytical; honest; industrious; ability to lead people |
