OPERATIONS MANAGER

Idea Advocate is seeking motivated and experienced candidate for the position of Operations Manager for Metro Manila.
|
Responsibilities
|
| Duties shall include, but not be limited to, providing operational support and direction to the staff in the assigned territory by answering operationally related questions; reviewing operational procedures; performing audit/review functions within assigned branches; planning and conducting informational meetings. |
Requirements
|
| The candidate must be college degree holder or its equivalent educational experience and with proficiency using Windows-based PC computer software. Prospective individuals must have the ability to logically and efficiently solve problems; work independently with minimal supervision; the ability to effectively communicate at all employee levels, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel is a must as the position requires traveling between branches to complete assigned functions. |
Qualifications
|
| The successful candidate shall possess at least 3 years of managerial experience in F&B operations or its equivalent. |
