US-based serial entrepreneurs looking for experienced Accountant/Financial Analyst (for P/T to F/T position)
An entrepreneurial team from the US, who has developed successful startups in the past,
seeks an experienced Accountant/Financial Analyst in the Philippines to join its newly formed team.
Ideally, the candidate will work part-time to start, then will have the opportunity to
work full-time as the company forms a new Philippines-based team in 4-6 months
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Bank reconciliations
* Payroll
* Journal entries
* Account analysis and reconciliation with affiliated entities
* Cash processing and bank reconciliation
* Detailed budget variances with support documentation
* Journal entry processing
* Entering in client data
* Month end and year end processing
* Assist in Financial Statement preparation
Basic Qualifications:
* BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
* 3+ years of professional accounting, AR/AP experience in an office environment
* Expert level user of Quickbooks or Peachtree
* Demonstrates strong experience in MS Excel and Access
* Demonstrates experience in MS Office Software
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience with US based companies
