Seeking Owner Operators for local routes out of the Elizabeth, NJ area!

This rapidly growing provider of Intermodal services is expanding their fleet operations.

Become part of an elite driver staff. This privately held intermodal drayage company is adding owner operators to cover local routes out of the Elizabeth, NJ area. This premier company is seeking dedicated professionals who are able to self-manage and direct their own work. This company prides itself on their family-like environment and values.

Overview
Drivers haul freight of all kind in containers from the pier to the warehouse and customer locations. All deliveries are within 100 miles of the pier. Drivers work Monday thru Friday. Morning shift starts between 5am and 6am. Drivers are home daily. The majority of deliveries are drop and hook with some live unload deliveries. Drivers are not required to touch any freight. Drivers average 8-12 deliveries per day.

Compensation
Weekly average salary $1800.00 - $2700.00

CDL-A
"H" (Hazmat) endorsement helpful but not required
2 years owner operator experience
Must have TWIC card or willing to start process by time of hire
Professional appearance
Good customer service skills
Tractor must be no older than 10 years
Tractor must be tandem axle
