Responsibilities

1) Provide overall management and direction to the company's sales functions 2) Handle the entire range of sales planning and development, sales promotion and sales activities 3) Prospect for new business opportunities and upgrade existing customers 4) Achieve 100% of quota by implementing creative sales strategies 5) Perform extensive customer needs analyses as well as site surveys, proposals, presentations and product demonstrations

Requirements
