Responsibilities

1) Establish the company’s strategic goals by evaluating business, financial, service and operations information
2) Uncover new business leads and develop new business relationships to position the company
3) Ensure client satisfaction by directing the development of programs/processes to improve client relationships
4) Oversee the identification and pursuit of strategic business opportunities
5) Develop and pursue an overall account plan to maximize opportunities and leverage the company’s integrated solutions offerings within key accounts
6) Create/execute detailed sales plan to achieve revenue objectives
7) Manage plans/budgets as well as provide financial results by forecasting requirements
8) Liaise closely with R&D to develop an effective strategy for new product and pipeline development
9) Develop/maintain close working relationships with appropriate internal/external resources/partners
10) Understand and appropriately leverage sales and support resources

Requirements

1) MBA
2) Minimum 10 years of experience in the software industry
3) Excellent organization, decision-making, analytical, time-management and team leadership skills
4) Ability to work on problems/projects of diverse complexity/scope
5) Ability to operate under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
6) Ability to prioritize multiple objectives and meet aggressive deadlines
7) A result and goal oriented, self-motivated as well as a competitive individual
