Sales / Account Manager
Summary description :
• Builds strong relationships with the client at all management levels. Able to create strong business relations between Acision and the account at all requested levels.
• Develops and drives a focused strategy towards the account by knowing the Account, the Market, the Acision offerings and the organization’s delivery capabilities. Able to translate the chosen strategy into an action plan.
• Develops a Territory plan and individual Account Plans, which comprises the Account Profile, the Account Analysis, the Account Strategy, the Account Objectives and the Account Action Plan.
• Develop & articulate sales strategies, complete bid review plans for all major opportunities and understand the buying cycle for the opportunities being pursued.
• Enables and achieves order intake targets, revenue resulting from these orders, and profit growth for the Account portfolio under management.
• Ensures the desired position and market share, as set in the objectives, are achieved through the use of consistent messages in every aspect of the Account relationship and development on all appropriate levels.
• Encouraging and managing Senior Management involvement, as and when appropriate, to assist in achievement of sales objectives.
• Position Acision’s product offerings in such a way that they deliver specific business benefits to the Operator for the investment made

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:
Relationship
• To develop relationships within the portfolio accounts at all management levels.
• To organize and manage the involvement of Acision senior management for the Account in line with the existing procedure.
• To act as primary focal point for the Account.
Strategy
• To develop and maintain the Acision Objectives and Strategy for the Account.
• To achieve the objectives set for the Account, such as Desired Position, Market Share, Revenue, Cash Collection, Order Intake and Profit Growth.
• To understand the Account’s business issues, strategies and capabilities and to communicate these internally, in Acision, at various levels to support business engagement.
• To define and drive the Acision strategy for alliances and partnerships into the account.
• To develop and maintain the Account plans for the account portfolio and to ensure these plans are well anchored, accepted and communicated within Acision and the Accounts.
Business Development
• To qualify and drive the opportunities in the Account.
• To manage, together with the commercial department, the prime negotiation processes in the account.
• To oversee the bid process for key strategic or international opportunities.
• To report about the progress of Account development following the agreed procedures, like the Opportunity Management plan.
Delivery and Customer Satisfaction
• To maximize our effort to deliver the agreed services and products to the Account and ensure the correct billing and Account receivable status.
• To maximize the customer satisfaction of the Account.
• To be aware of all issues and problems in the Account and to manage the actions to resolve these.
• To be involved in and monitor all major projects for the Account. |
Requirements

Requirements :
• 5 to 7 years of working experience for Telecom operators.
• An excellent communicator with proven problem solving skills. |
