Full time maintenance tech needed for a 206 unit apartment community. Property is 40+yrs. and is currently under renovations. Job requires an attitude to work but with that attitude comes great rewards. We are like a family here and we take care of each other. What is needed is someone willing to see himself as a team not an individual.

Responsibilities

Will be responsible for quality maintenance on units. Provide service to residents as needed and prepare units for new move-ins. Will be on call every three weeks for emergency calls only.

Requirements

Must be experienced. 18yrs. or older. Must have high school diploma or equivelant. Must have E.P.A. Must be able to live on site and have transportation. Must be able to be on call. must be honest, hard working and a team player.

Qualifications

Must have E.P.A. Must be familiar with all areas of maintenance duties i.e.: plumbing, electrical, pools, carpentry, appliances etc.
