Ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in the delivery of advisory and/or consultancy programs relating to Islamic Banking & Finance Advisory, Corporate Finance Advisory and Business Development Advisory. He shall demonstrate hands-on experience in Corporate Finance, Capital Raising, Initial Public Offerings, Private Placements, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Planning, Due Diligence and Valuations. A prior consulting experience is a must.

This jobs location is Jeddah - Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
1. Proposal preparation and research

2. Problem formulation and analysis

3. Model development and evaluation

4. Perform analysis and provide consultations to company’s clients and/to assist them in identifying business requirements and benefits

5. Administer in preparing and analyzing project plans 6. Drafting well structured, clearly written, high quality reports for clients 7. Develop suitable problem-solving approaches to tackle, plan the work and execute the preferred approach efficiently 8. Provides quality advice to clients, with support of more experienced consultants, in one or more of the service areas provided by the company (Services areas include: Islamic Banking & Finance Advisory, Strategy and Corporate Finance Advisory, and Business Development Advisory) 9. Accountable for strategy development that includes strategic issues identification and assessment 10. Accountable for Business development (i.e. new products, markets, strategy, technology, solutions, etc...) Requirements
1-Level: Mid-Senior Level

2. Strong skills in Spreadsheet, Project Management, presentation software applications.

3. Outstanding presentation and communication skills (Arabic preferred)

4. Extremely organized with the ability to work on/and manage multiple projects within tight time lines

5. Ability to define key business process attributes for quantitative & qualitative performance measurements 6. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and strong work ethic.

7. Integrity, professionalism, reliability and excellent people skills.

8. Knowledge of the regulations of Saudi Capital Market Authority is an advantage.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Finance. Advanced degree such as MBA is preferable.
