Systems Support Specialis
•Management and technical support for donor, volunteer and client databases
oMaintain contact information
oEstablish best practices for data entry and classifications
oResponsible for the integrity of the records and history
oProcess gifts and acknowledgements
oDatabase systems & processes for volunteer tracking
•Provide reports as needed. Some examples are:
oVolunteer time and involvement for grant reporting needs
oDonor Listings
oDonor & volunteer analysis
oMailing lists
•Reconcile database records with accounting statements
•Assistance with fundraising campaigns and special event mailings
•Interpret staff needs and translate them into database processes
•Document processes and communicate/train users as needed
•Primary contact with IT support for various software packages
•Ability to install and troubleshoot Windows XP desktop systems
•Webmaster for Public Law Center website
•Create and format email marketing messages
•Other administrative support as needed

Qualifications
|
•Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite 2003 required
•Proficient with MS-Access
•Strong written and communication skills required
•Experience with nonprofit environment and fundraising software highly desired
•Familiar with Structured Query Language (SQL), working knowledge of both HTML & CSS
•Experience with Constant Contact or other email marketing service desirable
•Experience with web content management system desirable |
