Responsible for the specification, design, development, schematics capture, layout check, and testing of server board/add-on card/backplane products, in addition to modifying and enhancing existing designs; analyze, develop and recommend design approaches; plan project approach and work involving a design problem solution or validation of a design theory; evaluate current and future field implementations and recommend design modifications or enhancements to eliminate design roadblocks, or improve product performance; develop and review documentation as assigned; work with related engineers to do placement and layout; independently finish Bill of Materials and bring up server board and DVT; help contract manufacturer and technical support to solve product problems.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering.
