Legal Counsel III Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and counsel to business units/management on topics that may include any of the following: marketing and sales activities, FDA law, pharmaceutical law, compliance efforts, general business advising, contract drafting and negotiations, and dispute resolution. Advise and counsel business clients and management on legal issues. Identify, anticipate and help mitigate key legal risks within areas of responsibility. Negotiate and prepare contracts and agreements. Identify and manage legal resources internal and outside as required to provide high-quality legal services at a reasonable cost. Provide client training on legal issues, policies and processes. Qualifications: A J.D. from accredited law school with 10+ years relevant experience. Strong academic credentials. Experience advising on pharmaceutical issues preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
