Responsibilities
|
*Determine and recommend insurance cover requirements
*Review all insurance policies and endorsements
*Develop and implement risk identification, assessment, and monitoring programs
*Periodic assessment of risk exposures
*Negotiate with insurance brokers and / or advisers for insurance purchases
*Administer loss and claim activities
*Prepare loss evaluation reports with claim recommendations
*Evaluate the cost effectiveness and quality of service provided by the insurance carriers
*Prepare and disseminate a summary of insurance coverage for the information of key personnel
*Conduct periodic orientations on insurance covers and claim processes
*Prepare periodic report on monitoring of risks, losses and claims |
Qualifications
|
*Bachelor's Degree for a four-year business course
*At least five years experience in the insurance field especially in administering claims and insurance programs
*Experience in risk management related functions
*Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
*Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of problems
*Ability to work under high pressure
*Flexible in extended working hours if needed |
