Bilingual customer service
¿ Order desk via faxes, emails, phone
¿ Performed Administrative duties
¿ Problem solving concerning customers¿ issues
¿ Office support

Requirements

Fluently bilingual: English and French, oral and written
¿ Above-average communications and interpersonal skills
¿ Well developed relationship management skills
¿ Team player, with the ability to lead and motivate
¿ Strong analytical skills
¿ Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications

At least two years Customer Service Experience required.
