Legal Secretary With Microsoft Styles
Downtown Dallas and North Dallas area law firms are looking for stellar legal secretaries with advanced Microsoft Word Styles skills. Must have the ability to create, maintain and revise all styles. These positions range from temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire openings.
These are some of the skills required within styles:
• Fonts
• Tabs
• Borders
• Spacing
• Alignment
• Indents
• Shading
• Numbering
• Language
We are looking for candidates who have excellent verbal and written communication skills; are very detailed and organized; and have great phone skills. The right candidates should also have a desire to be a team player and have a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Must have a stable work history! Candidates need to have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3+ years word processor experience.
