Corporate Counsel The candidate will carry out complex legal assignments. Will work closely with and support professionals in the company's contracts and procurement communities, as well as other practice areas within the company's legal department, in the drafting and negotiation of complex contractual documents, initiation and defense of litigation, and support of company positions in response to associated contract administration and regulatory issues. Provides full range of legal advice to business unit management on legal consequences or risks related to potential business opportunities or other courses of action. Will regularly and effectively interface with 7 other attorneys in practice group devoted to the practice of contracts law, and may provide work direction and guidance to paralegals or other administrative staff.
