Qualifications

Qualifications:

•Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or any Behavioral Science or Human Relation courses
•Has knowledge in Labor laws and exposure in recruitment
•At least 2-3 years work experience in Human Resource field specifically in Training, Organizational Development, Incentive Programs and Customer Service.
•Preferably female
•Adaptable, open-minded, creative, resourceful, has leadership qualities and counseling skills
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Knowledgeable in MS Applications and/or Linux
•Willing to travel
•Willing to start immediately
