Responsibilities

| Responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
Handling inbound calls and assisting customers with their needs,
Providing solutions and or answers to customers' problems and inquiries
Resolving clients' issues and concerns

Requirements

| 1. Four year course graduates of any course.
2. Applicants who have completed at least two years of college education are also welcome to apply.
3. Must be Filipino citizens
4. At least 18 years of age (maximum 35 years old) |
Qualifications

| 1. Excellent oral and written English communication skills
2. Typing speed of at least 30wpm, 95% accuracy
3. Problem solving skills
4. Computer navigation and web navigation skills
5. Customer service skills
6. Preferably with upselling or sales skills |
