Responsibilities
|
Responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
1. Handling calls from customers that can go from billing issues and concerns, to light/moderate technical problems on internet connectivity.
2. Troubleshooting and resolving problems of customers
3. Providing a step by step troubleshooting instructions (should "walk the customers through")

Requirements

Fresh graduates of any course with technical knowledge about internet connectivity and VOIP.
Applicants who have completed at least two years of college education are also welcome to apply.
Filipino citizens
18yo-35yo
High school graduates with excellent English communication skills(oral and written) may apply. |
Qualifications

Average to above-average English communication skills
Mathematical problem solving skills would be an advantage
With good comprehension skills
Good command of English (grammar and pronunciation) |
