Experience: Minimum three to five years of direct food processing experience, dairy preferred; 3 years supervisory
Education: BS degree in Technical/Science field

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for managing all quality assurance and quality control functions.
• Will be internal auditor coordinator and HACCP team coordinator
• Manage food safety
• Handle customer complaints
• Create and implement technical procedures, lab methods and work instructions
