Assistant General Counsel - In House
Assistant General Counsel Candidate will support the General Counsel on a broad range of legal issues, with a focus on business transactions, intellectual property and compliance. Draft and negotiate complex business transactions, including financings, M&A, large commercial contracts, and licenses. Develop and manage intellectual property portfolio and create intellectual property strategies. Lead compliance with export control and other legal requirements through the development and implementation of corporate policies. Manage outside counsel and other complex projects. Work as a member of a collegial, driven team of other lawyers, business and technical people to achieve company's vision.
