Associate General Counsel - Legal - In House
Associate General Counsel - Legal Responsibilities: Supporting and/or driving major operations' and compliance projects and initiatives in collaboration and cooperation with different sections of the legal department and business groups. Proactively, studying, and identifying areas of opportunities and proposing strategic solutions to various client groups represented by the attorneys comprising division one legal-operations. Aggressively engaging and working cooperatively with attorneys in innovations, asset protection, TLE, marketside, business development team (in store leases and licenses) in every aspect of business. Handling and providing legal support in connection with letters and investigations, customer complaints, training, consulting and service agreements, requests from law enforcement personnel, public relations issues, government relations issues, local state, and federal regulatory actions, administrative proceedings, threatened litigation, pro-actively and aggressively driving projects to meet the goals of the division one operations legal group's strategic plan.
