Assistant Legal Counsel The applicant must 4+ years' experience as a practicing attorney, with a substantial part of this experience providing legal advice to universities, state or federal agencies, or other large institutional clients. Preference will be given to qualified candidates with documented experience in contract and real property transactions. Should be admitted to and in good standing with the Oregon State Bar.
