Patent Counsel Duties: Responsible for: development and implementation of overall company intellectual property strategy; patent prosecution management; in and out licensing negotiation and management; intellectual property litigation management; acquisition intellectual property due diligence; and budgeting. Reports to General Counsel. Requirements: A strong business background and an interest in technology as well as a track record of patent prosecution. Should be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and be comfortable working with major companies and their latest technologies.
