WEB DESIGNER
Skills and Knowledge areas:
• Minimum of 2-3years of work-related experience
• Graduate of Web/Graphic Design or Advertising
• Open for Fresh graduates.
• Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, ImageReady, GoLive and Flash MX.
• Must be organized, possess good problem-solving skills and work well under pressure.
• HTML skills a plus.
• Familiar with backend programming and its limitations.
• Experience in creating and maintaining large sites preferred.
• Responsible for interpreting marketing input and then creating and producing the look and layout of individual Web pages, banners and e-mails.
• Will oversee/undertake the design and production of their assigned work through completion.
• Can work in a timely manner and meet all deadlines.
• Should be able to acknowledge and correct problems in a positive manner and should adapt well to updates and changes in departmental as well as company procedures.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision are absolutely necessary.
• The ideal candidate should also be enthusiastic and regularly take the initiative to teach skills to new hires and existing team members.
