Job Description:
Assists the Marketing Head in the implementation of all marketing programs and policies for all brands. In-charge of market research for the brands and the identification of new business opportunities via prospecting and follow-ups, and the development of acquisition and retention programs. Oversees all business activities of the sales force including sales programs, progress reports, negotiations, presentations, schedules and budgets. Submits marketing and sales reports to the Marketing Head. Reports directly to the Marketing Head.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
? Assist the Marketing Head (MH) to execute and all marketing programs and implement policies to achieve stated goals and objectives for the brands and the company as a whole. Provide post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs.
? Assist MH to prospect for potential clients, manage acquisitions and retention.
? Assist MH to develop business/marketing plans, feasibility studies for all brands.
? Assist MH in producing and issuing communications both internally and externally.
? Plan and conduct market research for new brands/products and the identification of new business opportunities.
? Build a database of existing and potential clients.
? Monitor all business activities of the sales force including sales programs, progress reports, negotiations, presentations, schedules and budgets. Provide updates to MH by consolidating sales and marketing reports.
? Create and develop marketing presentations for clients.
? Assist sales force in the presentation of business proposals/marketing presentations.
? Attend business pitches and relevant events as and when appropriate.
? Build and maintain relationships and negotiate with ad agencies and other third parties to ensure proper execution of marketing plans.
? Prepare and design creative brief request form for clients with specifications, timelines and budgets.
? Plan meetings by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements and developing schedules and assignments.
? Decide and prioritize all items within supervisory level and elevate to MH when necessary.
? Establish and maintain consistent corporate image.
