Our client is a Development Partnering Organization (DPO) based in the Philadelphia, PA area. Experiencing rapid growth, they act as a virtual associate in supporting their Biopharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical customers throughout the complete clinical research, development and submissions process. They effectively meet their client's unmet requirements by integrating information technology and multidisciplinary services to create a total solution. The company offers unmatched practical knowledge and industry expertise that spans the clinical research and development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
1) Participate in designing and reviewing clinical protocols and CRFs
2) Prepare statistical sections, sample size calculations, randomization and study design recommendations
3) Provide detailed specifications to SAS programmers for generating SAS analysis datasets for efficacy and safety analyses
4) Prepare detailed statistical analysis plans (including shell tables and listings)
5) Perform efficacy analysis to determine the difference in efficacy between test drug and controlled drug in clinical trials
6) Review study summaries and data displays for consistency with the statistical analysis plan and recommended approval or revision
7) Perform safety parameter analysis to assess the safety profile of test drug compared to that of controlled drug in clinical trials
8) Provide advice and guidance to the Data Management and Statistical Programming Team
9) Coordinate data and table review activities among the Project Team members
10) Communicate with clients regarding study protocol and statistical analysis issues

Requirements
1) Master’s degree/Ph. D. in Statistics
2) 5 – 7 years of professional experience in a life sciences setting (in a pharmaceutical company and/or CRO preferred)
3) Excellent writing, oral and presentation skills
4) Willingness to travel (5% to10%)
