Our client company is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of high voltage power supplies and power converters for the medical, industrial and scientific industries and they have an urgent need for a Production Manager at their facility in China. This plant is projected to more than double over the next two years which offers an excellent path for you to grow in your career! Your direct supervisor is a strong mentor and you will quickly become an expert in lean manufacturing techniques while making an impact to the production area of this plant’s electronics assembly line.

Responsibilities

In the role of Production Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, cost, and productivity. Your duties will include interacting with customers while managing the required metrics to focus on manufacturing processes, product quality, and on-time delivery.

Requirements

The qualified candidate for the position of Production Manager must meet these minimum background requirements: *8 years experience in a Manager/Supervisor role in electronics manufacturing. *Knowledge of the processes utilized in the assembly of high-tech electronics. *Experience interacting with United States and European cultures. *Proven strong interpersonal, communication, and team building skills. *BS degree required, Six Sigma green or black belt preferred. *Fluent in Mandarin and English (oral and written). Note: This job is ideally suited for a Chinese National (not a U.S. citizen) who is permanently based in China and fluent in both Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

The compensation package for this position includes a base salary ranging from ($50k – $60k USD) or (320,000 – 380,000 Chinese Yuan) plus an annual bonus.
