System Engineers (50000- 90000)

ASSOCIATE SYSTEMS ENGINEERS

· Exposure to Microsoft Technologies, primarily Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft Exchange
· Basic working knowledge and understanding of AD, WINS, DHCP, DNS
· Basic working knowledge of Windows clustering and load balancing (WLBS)
· Some knowledge of networking and TCP/IP
· Some knowledge of Enterprise applications including IIS, Web filters, SQL, ISA, Mail filters, Proxy Servers
· Management & Monitoring tools e.g. CA TNG
· Helpdesk tools such as CA Service Desk, Remedy or Clarify
· Citrix administration skills an advantage
· 1-2 years working in the IT industry in a server administration role, preferably with IT outsourcing experience.

SYSTEMS ENGINEERS

SYSTEMS ENGINEER – CITRIX
· Extensive knowledge of Citrix Technologies, primarily XenApp.
· Good working knowledge and understanding of Windows Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
· Good working knowledge of networking and TCP/IP
· Broad level of knowledge of Enterprise applications including IIS, Web filters, SQL, ISA, Mail filters, Proxy Servers and clustering.
· Management & Monitoring tools e.g. CA TNG
· Able to plan, generate, install, or repair a system or major sub-system (e.g. Client/server system installation, infrastructure support applicant), and lead to improved client understanding and self-sufficiency
· 3-5 years working in the IT industry in a server administration role, preferably with IT outsourcing experience.
· A solid understanding and adherence to the ITIL framework

SYSTEMS ENGINEER – MESSAGING WINAPP

· Experience in operating systems including Windows 2003/2008
· Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Notes/Domino in an enterprise environment at the server level
· Good working knowledge and understanding of AD, WINS, DHCP, DNS
· Some knowledge of basic networking and TCP/IP
· Some knowledge of Enterprise applications including IIS, Web filters, SQL, ISA, Mail filters, Proxy Servers
· Some knowledge of server environment backup tools such as ArcServe, Legato Networker, Tivoli Storage Manager, Netbackup
· Antivirus software including eTrust, Symantec, McAfee
· Management & Monitoring tools including Unicenter TNG, Compaq Insight Manager, IBM Director
· Remote support tools including PC Anywhere, Terminal Services/RDP, Citrix, RCO, VNC
· Helpdesk tools such as UniCenter Service Desk, Remedy or Clarify

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
