The Client

Our client is a listed Investment company engaged in Construction, Property Investment, & Building Materials trading

Responsibilities

The Job

The Incumbent will develop financial reporting systems and continually improving process to best practice. Plan and manage cash flow, international banking, currency hedging, multi-currency implication on the P&L. Maintain good relations with all business partners, inclusive of investors, auditors, legal advisors, bankers and the liked. Provide high quality operational financial information and planning support and analysis to the business. Assume the role as Company Secretary of the Group.

Requirements

The Requirement

The successful candidate must be a Qualified Accountant with formal degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. Minimum 15 years experience of accounting and financial management. Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of overall operations and finance functions. Have broad commercial management experience. Ideally conversant with FLEX or other major ERP systems. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
