10 Nail specialist (manicure and pedicure) and Nail Technicians (nail enhancement) are required for a new salon in Sharjah, UAE.

Salary commensurate with experience.

No recruitment fee required. All travel expenses paid for by the employer.

Responsibilities

•Provides consistent professional nail, hand and foot treatments in accordance with standard operating procedures and accepted best practices. •Contributes to salon’s profitability by being flexible with work schedule and understanding team work as well as performs services within the appropriate time allotted for the service. •Properly cares for equipment and uses proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls. •Complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating clients on these areas. •Actively search for ways to improve services by recommending products that will work well with client’s requests and salon’s budget. •Actively promotes home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals. •Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by the salon’s policies and procedures. •Performs prep work and properly clean and restock work area as required. •Communicates to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the salon that require attention. •Actively promotes salon, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available. •Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously. •Provides accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests ensuring complete guest satisfaction. •Assists in all areas of salon operation as requested by management, bookings, answering phone queries or preparing workstation for any of my team member. •Performs other tasks as required by management

Requirements

2-5 years experience
