Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

- Experienced with evaluations of tender, preparation of tender submission & BQ, cost estimation, handle claims and payment of the carried project all jobs pertaining to contracts with the client and sub-contractors.
- To measure actual work at site and to analyze the sub-contractor pricing.
- Responsible for costing and budgeting measurement, outsourcing the materials and resources.
- Handle project valuations, claims preparation, progress reports and feedbacks.
- To undertake any other related tasks instructed by superior from time to time
- Perform administrative and procurement tasks.

Requirements

- Experienced in quantity taking off, construction materials rates, contract documentation and preparation of tender submission.
- Able to communication and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants and construction teams and sub-contractors.
- Should be conversant with MS Office, particularly Excel spreadsheets.
- Undertake and execute tasks with responsibility and independently.
- Candidate must possess a least a Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Building Technology or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year of working experience in related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
